Combines natural botanicals linked to healthy body composition

WLP-1 can be an excellent option in my opinion for those already struggling with their weight. The formula itself includes only four active ingredients, though I appreciate how each one was carefully chosen to support processes connected to weight management. I particularly like the pairing of African mango seed with a tropical plant called Cissus quadrangularis, more commonly known as veldt grape. These two ingredients have been studied together in research on overweight adults with a BMI of at least twenty-five. One study from Lipids in Health and Disease found this combination of botanical extracts offered greater support for body composition than veldt grape on its own. As part of a broader wellness plan, I feel confident recommending this approach to my patients.

Plant-based formula activates thermogenesis for calorie burning

I love how the botanicals in this formula aim to work with the body’s own processes to support things like hunger and healthy weight. A good example is capsaicin extract, a plant-based ingredient that can activate thermogenesis or the process of converting calories into heat. How to use

Take 2 capsules once daily, 20-30 minutes before your first meal of the day. Best taken on an empty stomach. WLP-1™ works gradually and compounds over time, with the most noticeable changes appearing in months 3-6 of consistent daily use.

So far this product does what it says it will do. I haven’t lost a drastic about of weight. I have notice the appetite control. I still eat my normal meals but I may not be as hungry so my portions have decreased. I have also noticed the cravings are not as prevalent, I still occasionally will have some ice cream or chocolate but it’s not like after every meal I’m craving a sweet treat. I have IBS, which I knew going in I may have problems taking this daily. So, so far I have only been able to handle every other day or it makes me too constipated. Other than that, very happy with the product. I still keep my activity level and weight lifting and it doesn’t cause any problems.
