Protected berberine for better absorption and blood sugar support
Berberine is an ingredient I'm excited about for blood sugar balance. Research suggests berberine may help cells use glucose for energy, which is encouraging for metabolic health. However, berberine on its own isn’t always easy for the body to absorb and use. Sometimes the liver and intestines can break down berberine before it even reaches the bloodstream, potentially limiting how much of it patients can actually use. A big reason why I am such a fan of this particular berberine product is because it uses plant fiber from fenugreek that may help shield berberine during digestion. This kind of protection may support more efficient absorption of berberine, which may make a difference for patients dealing with things like blood sugar swings.

These reviews were collected by an independent third party, FrontrowMD, who shares free samples with clinicians so that they have the option to either try the product themselves or share it with patients in their practice.
